Equipment sold through Media Concepts carries no warranties or guarantees, unless stated otherwise. On brokered equipment, the seller is asked to supply us with a complete & accurate description of all items, including any accessories & options. Although we have made every effort to assure the accuracy of the information, we are not responsible for errors or misprints. The seller represents that equipment is sold free of any liens, encumbrances and/or UCCs & grants the buyer a 48-hour (2 business days) inspection period from receipt of equipment, unless otherwise specified. Repairs, replacements, or refunds resulting from misrepresentation of the equipment or shipping damage will be the sole decision of Media Concepts. No approved refunds will be disbursed until the equipment in question is returned to and received by the seller. Prior to the sale, we encourage the buyer to inspect all major purchases on site where practical. Buyer is responsible for initial shipping charges.
